I am from the south.  Born in Memphis, but moved away for 25 years after High School.  I really consider Florida my home.

Favorite Pastime?
I work out at a fitness club 5 days a week, but you would never know it by looking at me.

A Note to You . . .

Our seven word philosophy of ministry statement says it well: “Reaching an unchurched world through maturing believers.” As a church, our hope is that God will use us to reach people with the gospel of grace. But our strategy in doing that is tied to feeding God's people from His Word, because we're convinced that the maturing believer makes the best evangelist. It’s a growing Christian, a maturing believer, that is such an enigma to our culture. People just can’t resist the beauty of Jesus Christ, and the more like Him we are, the more people’s curiosity will be aroused. We want them to long for and find what we’ve found in Christ, and we found Him, because He first found us.

Thus, Bible teaching is very important around here. But our goal is not to produce Christians whose heads are stuffed, but ones whose hearts warmly pulsate with devotion to Jesus Christ, and His Kingdom. My seminary said it this way, “A Mind For Truth; A Heart For God.”

Interested? We hope so. Would love to tell you more. Hope to meet you soon!
