I was born in Boston, MA grew up in Sarasota, FL and later attended the University of Florida where I earned a degree in Chemical Engineering in 1981. My wife, Julia and I have been married 23 years and have five children: Lauren 21, Matt 19, Caitlin 16, Daniel 13 and Savannah 5.
I came to Christ in 1991, although my intellectual journey was already several years old by then. I've attended at least 6 Ligonier Conferences in Orlando, hearing many topics by Sproul, Ferguson, MacArthur, Boice, Zacharias and others. I've been involved in teaching adult Sunday school for over 15 years.
My style of teaching expositional, engaging, and informal; covering various books of the bible and various themes. While my perspective is decidedly reformed, I stress sensitvity to the needs and growth of others still making this journey. My goal is help bring illumination and rejoicing in the knowledge of God's work and the responsiblities that He grants us in it.
Are we not brands plucked from the burning?
