•  Where: Grace Evangelical Church - in the conference room off the main lobby 

•  What's Involved: Meetings are low-key and helpful. Say as much or as little as you like. Attend as often as your schedule permits. The format is a biblically-based 30-minute video (with insights from professionals), personal workbook, and informal group discussion. Covers a variety of daily challenges such as guilt, anger, depression, loneliness, getting stuck and the question "why?". Join others who understand the journey as we offer a safe place to heal, "move forward", and find peace with hope for the future..
