Our Classes

We offer Sunday School at 9:30 am for babies - 5th graders. Age-based curriculum information can be found below!
We offer classes for babies - 1st graders during the 2nd hour at 11:00am. Our toddlers attend a Toddler Worship class. 4s, 5s and Kindergarten attend Preschool Worship and are studying the covenants. Our 1st graders attend corporate worship until the special music portion of the service and then go to Children’s Church. They are studying the Elements of Worship.
Our Amazing Race program on Wednesday nights is for babies - 5th graders. It is a topical study with a memory work focus! This semester, we’re learning about the fruit of the spirit and the armor of God.

The Christmas Concert is December 14th

What we're learning *

On Sundays during 1st hour, our toddler classes and 4s and 5s classes are using curriculum adapted by the AG Staff. They’ll cover the “heavy hitters” and lay a great foundation they can build on as they grow!
Our young 2s and 3s participate in Toddler Worship each week 2nd hour. They sing songs and work on some catechism questions together. This is designed to prepare them to join you in corporate worship!

In 2nd hour Preschool Worship (4s, 5s, and Kindergarten), we’ll be using a curriculum called Lead Me to Zion. The goal is to walk through the covenants of the Old Testament and see how they are fulfilled in Christ.
On Sundays first hour in kindergarten to 5th grade, we’ll continue using The Biggest Story curriculum. This fall, we’ll be finishing up the gospels and moving in to Acts and the rest of the New Testament in January. By the end of this school year, your kiddos will have covered the entire Bible in 3 years! We love this curriculum because of the gospel focus each week.
2nd hour we have In Children’s Church for kids in 1st grade. We’ll be using the updated version of our old curriculum called Exploring the Elements of Worship. Each month, they’ll focus on a different element of worship so that your kiddos are prepared not just to sit with you, but to actively participate in corporate worship. Your 1st graders will sit with you during the music portion of our worship service. You can take them to the lobby during the Special Music to meet their Children’s Church teacher and be picked up in room 404.
On Wednesday nights, we’re starting The Amazing Race with our 4s through 5th graders! The goal of this program is topical study with a memory work focus. Children are assigned to a color team. Each week, they will be working on filling their team’s jar for a team reward. They can earn pom poms for the jar by learning their memory work and wearing their team color! This semester, we’ll be studying the Fruit of the Spirit and the Armor of God.
Children in our 4s through 1st grade classes will participate in Family Life Sundays on the 5th Sunday of the month. On these Sundays, they will sit with you in 2nd hour for the entirety of the corporate worship Service. This includes all children who are in the 400 hall during 1st hour.
